We would like to welcome Arran Bowie as Lloyd Mumford’s assistant in product development and purchasing. The main objectives of your position will be to process and manage land and special orders, assist in the development of projects, including testing and manage stock control.
Carol is the person in charge of processing orders in the first instance, as well as responding to customer questions in the United States. It manages telephone inquiries and tracks proposals and potential projects to ensure that GreenBlue meets the requirements and deadlines for project delivery. It also collaborates with the finance department to generate detailed reports and quickly.
Carol is the person responsible for sales and business development in Spain. He has a fluent level of Spanish and English. Its mission is to establish new relationships with contractors and customers in Spain and support projects for natural and sustainable environments.
Charlotte is dedicated to investigating and ensuring compliance with key government and industry policies, not only in the United Kingdom, but also in Europe. She has a degree in Classical Literature and has a Master in Social and Political Philosophy. He is currently studying for his Doctorate in Renaissance Literature. As if all this were not enough, he is also studying another Master in Urban Planning accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute!
Chris joins the team with a passion for design, animation and video. He is passionate about what GreenBlue Urban represents and expects an exciting future within the company.
Craig is responsible for ensuring that the North American office is aware of all relevant projects in our industry, in order to guarantee the opportunity to provide our products. Craig communicates regularly with our clients and potential clients to establish profitable relationships regarding ongoing and future projects. It also manages the daily operations of the North American office, including information technology.

Dean founded GreenBlue Urban Limited under the name of Greenleaf in 1992. He is passionate about the fact that urban trees receive the best resources and the best possible environment to prosper and travel the world spreading their enthusiasm to governments and local authorities. Recently, Dean has developed his experience to integrate sustainable urban drainage (SuD) systems technology with an optimal urban tree planting design, promoting the movement of stormwater management using urban trees.
Frank is responsible for contracting and establishing cost-effective and efficient supply agreements for the proper functioning of the United States, guaranteeing the highest level of quality in all our products. Build strong relationships with our supplier and manufacturer partners. Frank has a keen eye to improve quality and reduce costs in our manufacturing processes.
Georgij assists the warehouse manager and is a key piece to ensure that there is stock of the products you need. Georgij is originally from Latvia and participates in Ju-Jitsu competitions in his spare time. Don’t mess with Georgij!
Howard spends most of his time traveling. Conducts CPD presentations and site visits to assist contractors in their tree planting projects, ensuring that GreenBlue benefits are understood. His enthusiasm for this is legendary. With almost 40 years of experience in planting trees in urban settings and having worked with Dean during his school vacations, he pledges that each tree has the best possible opportunity to reach its potential.
Ian is our Credit Control Manager and works from Sidmouth Devon. It plays a vital role because if customers don’t pay, other customers have to pay more. And nobody wants that! Ian is a qualified chef and we would like him to work at the plant.
James is part of GreenBlue Urban Limited since the beginning of Greenleaf. As director, he has witnessed many changes and developments over the years and shares Dean’s passion for the success of urban trees. Divide your time between the dissemination of good tree planting practices through CPD presentations and blog posts, and assistance to clients and prescribers who have technical problems and questions.
Jeff has a great experience in logistics and always gives his best to ensure that customers receive their products as they would like. When he is not working, he travels the country on a custom motorcycle.

Con un Máster (MSc) en Gestión Urbana y Desarrollo, a Jorge le apasiona trabajar para la mejora del paisaje y la sostenibilidad urbana. Además, Jorge es Arquitecto Técnico y cuenta con un Máster en Gestión de la Edificación.
Jolene is a CAD designer and works in the US office to ensure that our clients receive professional plans and assistance with the specifications of each project. It helps to provide detailed drawings and drawings that are used in the manufacture of our products and in the assembly of tree plantations, even for the most personalized projects.
Matthew Werle is a consultant at GreenBlue Urban, where his solid experience in developing sustainable solutions for green infrastructure is a resource for GreenBlue Urban’s commitment to create sustainable cities. He is happy to be part of the GreenBlue team and to be able to continue developing his relationships with landscape architects, civil engineers, urban designers and contractors to facilitate a sustainable green and blue infrastructure in cities throughout the southeastern United States.
Lloyd handles the company’s purchases and manages special orders for the client’s custom requirements. He is a fan of Lean Management techniques to maximize efficiency, which is excellent because it guarantees that our customers get the best possible deals. Lloyd also monitors the ISO systems to ensure that efficiency and quality are maintained at all times.
Louise joins GreenBlue Urban Ltd as Marketing Director. Having previously worked for a manufacturer of scientific components, he brings solid experience in all marketing channels. She is excited about the prospect of a new industry by seeing how GreenBlue Urban helps create the future of the urban landscape.
Luis takes over when Bruce is gone and is an ace with forklifts.
Martin has many years of experience in transportation, manufacturing and distribution. He has worked for some of 3pl’s largest suppliers, which gives him a solid understanding of any challenge. Martin has an international CPC for Transportation Managers and in his spare time he takes his son to compete in motorcycle events nationwide.
Nigel is the Director of GreenBlue Urban in the United States. He supervises all the departments of the team of that country from a senior management perspective and is responsible for reviewing the performance of the staff. He chairs weekly meetings with the US team.
Paul tries to ensure that everyone has a clear vision of the values and objectives of the company and that they are happy in their work.
Richard is the most recent addition of GreenBlue Urban Ltd. He brings a great experience in Customer Service due to his previous position as Customer Service Manager. Richard is very motivated and goes further to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. He is excited about the prospect of a new industry and discovering how GreenBlue Urban can make a difference in the world of urban landscaping and the environment in which we live.
Romaine joins us in the position of customer service assistant. Its main function within the company is to manage customer inquiries and process orders. Romaine answers calls frequently, so she could be the first person you talk to if you call GreenBlue Urban. Romaine is eager to help take care of our clients.
Roy began knowing the product in the warehouse, while collecting and packing orders. Now he works in sales, preparing budgets and proposals for clients. He currently coordinates projects and manages customers in southern England, while working with distributors and prescribers abroad, offering advice on products and volumes of soil to ensure longevity of trees.
Shane is responsible for finding unique ways to attract future customers to GreenBlue Urban. It specializes in content strategy to make GreenBlue a valuable resource for landscape architects, urban designers, civil engineers, arborists and other industry professionals, so that they are naturally attracted to GreenBlue and the solutions we provide. Shane also works with industry associations to disseminate GreenBlue Urban’s knowledge at conferences on green infrastructure in the United States.
Shane ensures the proper functioning of the sales team’s systems and resources to make it easier for customers to place orders, providing them with a service that they are passionate about. We love to be recommended! Their goal is for our customers to become loyal fans who promote the company to their friends and colleagues.
Tom has recently joined the company and is responsible for preparing budgets in order to ensure that customers get the prices they need, when they need them.
